Q: When will my order be dispatched?

A: We aim to have all orders dispatched within 1 to 2 days.  (AEST) Monday-Friday. 

 

Q: How do I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't receive this email, please reach out to our customer care team at daniel@100nutrition.net for assistance. Don't forget to check your spam folder as well!

 

Q: How much is delivery? 

A: Domestic Australian: For orders under $95, standard shipping is $5 and express shipping $10. For orders over $95 we provide free express shipping.

 

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

A: Yes, we do! International shipping rates are $20 AUD

 

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

(Australian Domestic Shipping)

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days after dispatch

International Shipping: 5 to 20 days depending on your country :)

 

Q: What if the address is incorrect?

A: Please contact the team at 100% NUTRITION as soon as possible to change it if you have entered the wrong address.

If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
