Our policy lasts for 28 days. From the day you receive your product, you have a full 28 days to initiate a return.

For a return to be processed, the item should either be in the condition you received it, or with no more than 3 servings used, and returned in its original packaging. Don’t forget to include a receipt or any proof of purchase.

In such instances, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on the return process. Remember, returns sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
